1. How do I place an order?

You can book either of our services by booking a consultation at this link.  Or you can click the schedule button on the page for the service you want to book.  All of our gifting services start with a consutation so that we can understand your gifting needs.  So, book your free consultation and start your gifting journey.

  1. What is your turn around time? Is advanced notice needed?

The turnaround time depends on the service that you have selected.  The Wedding Party Gift Concierge service should be booked 8 – 10 weeks in advance.  Gifts For All Occasions services should be booked 4 – 6 weeks in advance.

Regardless of the service, advanced notice is needed to have ample time to carefully select the items and prepare the gift according to your specifications. However, we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability. Please feel free to ask!

  1. Do you offer delivery or pickup?

Yes, delivery and pickup options are available.  We offer two forms of delivery to personal residences and places of business within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  Local pickup is available in the Atlanta area.

  1. How do you deliver the gifts?

We offer two forms of delivery: hand-delivery, shipping, and pick-up

  • Hand-delivery: We will hand-deliver gift to recipient’s home or place of business anywhere within the Atlanta Metropolitan area (see map for reference).
  • Shipping: We ship via USPS or FedEx
  • Pick-up: Pick-up is available for those in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
  1. How much do you charge for delivery?
  • Hand-delivery: gifts are delivered within 20 miles of our location for a flat fee of $25.00.  Areas outside of 20 miles will be subject to increased delivery fee depending on the number of miles.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight of the package. Depending on the size and dollar value of the order, purchasing insurance on the shipment may be required.
  • Pick-up: Available for no additional cost.
  1. Will I be notified when my order ships?

Yes, of course!  If your gift is hand-delivered you will receive an email notification when your package is ready for delivery and when the delivery is complete.  If your gift is delivered via USPS or FedEx, you will receive an email notification with the appropriate tracking details.

  1. Do you offer international orders?

No, we do not offer international orders at this time.

  1. Do you offer RUSH shipping?

Absolutely!  We are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability. Please feel free to contact us at hello@kreativelymemorable.com

  1. What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the customized service we provide, all sales are final. Any refunds are subject to the Guarantee, Cancellation, and Customized Items policies within the signed client agreement.

If the gift arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.
